Anuradha(Anu)- Why don't you understand me. I am like this.

Sidharth(Sid)- Why are you like this. Have not you thought anytime to change yourself.

Fighting started...Oh no..Not again..

Anu is a young banker who does every single work given by her bosses & never say NO attitude. Take all the pressure of sales and targets. Do her job very deliberately. Even more than expected. She has migrane every alternate day as she takes all the unwanted pressure on her head. 

She is a comp. Sc engineer & has a brilliant educational background. The most important fact is, she doesn't like her job at all & keep doing it since ages. She had a dream to be a Software Engineer. & the dream is kept somewhere in the wordrobe now.

When it's time to take a vacation, Anuradha thinks her boss will not allow. When she is sick, she doesn't even tell her boss that she is not well and can't attend office. Forget about the casual leaves. She would have taken 3-4 casual leaves in 6 years of her service. This is may be due to her team culture, unhygienic work environment & her past bad experiences.

When Sid try to advise her to change her attitude in this selfish world, she always reply, I can't do & I don't have that attitude. I am like this.

These couples generally fight on this matter. Ya, this is the biggest & may be the only one matter to fight.

After every try, Sid is now helpless to help her. But Sid understands her pain as he is being with her since last 3 years. They have to sacrifice all their vacation, family time due to her job.

Job is a part of life. But not in unhygienic work environment. If it creating problem in daily life, she should leave it & try searching other opportunities. She should make her dream live again. Money matters in life. But not by sacrificing her personal life. They can survive with Sid's salary till the time she gets a good job. Atleast she can live her personal life again, that she has left at her hometown 6 years ago. 

Personal life is more important than professional life.
